this reflexology stone thingy made me shout lyk hell

wohoo!!yest after evrthing i went for running la soy..ok i ran frm serangoon to bishan park.must say while running i felt like a fishball freakum heavy guess i becuming more SIHAT ahahahah.you should try jogging in afternoon e weather is nice..it was quiet somewhat..i like the embience seriously kinda let me think about myself.enjoy the surroundings whch at times we take for granted.hehe.upon reaching bishan park.i just wana stroll n take a breather..so i did.. n i went to try this reflexology thingy thinking i can complete 1 round uh skali alamak few steps je da nk nanges aku da pekik..aw..ouch..this caucasion turn n smile...wakakak probably i look pathetic uh..old apek can complete 1 full round sa bare footed n i cant wat e e..its painful sia..

i dont know these days whenever i see young kids cycling or doing anything with their parents it kinda make me smile..they are adorable i must say sumwhat never fail to cheer me up..

after that set the eyes rolling checked the nonya exercisg hehe kiut sa..the sexy tone guys exercising n definitely chickys with nice tone legs...nk pinjam kaki untuk 1 tahun boleh tak??lepas tu nanti kash kasi balik..janji
