ahahakz he took this picture while i was daydreamin..lol..it was after my run n i didnt realise at all.geram sey muke nga busuk2 die capture.to be frank i just started running again as probs keep coming..other than i sought solace from Allah,i run as it is an another alternatif to be stress free..when im stress or burden with something,i will run..to me it helps me physically n emotionally..i was really touch i tink during my fourth round he carry up the bottle n showed me signal whether i wanted to drink or nt.lol okay im easily touched by simple2 action..i jus nod as i didnt want any..it hurts but i trust myself that im gonna be okay soon enuf.
